Typically, cloud computing architecture is composed of front end and back end components that work together to deliver the cloud computing solution in whole. These elements are divided into front end and back end components. The front end includes the software and standard client end equipment to access the cloud. Front end components are those who are directly accessed by the cloud computing users. The backend includes the computing (servers), storage (primary and backup storage drives) and essential networking equipment (the internet, routers, switches) that power and gels the cloud together.
Typically, the core cloud computing architecture lies at the backend of a cloud. These back-end components delivers the key features and capabilities of the cloud such as multitenancy and run time scalability.
