Home shoring is a business strategy in which employees perform their assigned office tasks while sitting at their home places and are connected to the office domain via internet.

How Home shoring does works?

Outsourcing and telecommunication technologies are utilized together in order to apply home shoring strategy.

In case of home shoring, employees does not need to come to the workplace and can work from their own home or any other place that can be within same country or different country. Specific working hours are assigned to the employees and they need to be connected with the office domain during those assigned working hours so a high speed internet connection is required on employee’s site.
