IT Automation refers to the automation of regulating processes of IT systems.

Explanation

IT Automation is the term used for intelligent systems which does not need any human resource to operate them. Such systems are self-regulating and perform all the tasks without human intervention. For an instance, some system could be given an IT Automation command to attach a specific content in a mail and send that email to multiple recipients in some specific file. This is the most simplest example of IT Automation but this technology could b used in comparatively complex scenarios as well.
