ODCA is an IT term that refers to a group of companies which make a consortium of technical advisors for initializing standards for cloud computing.

Explanation:

ODCA stands for Open Data Center Alliance and was initiated in 2010 with the support of Intel Corp. Members of ODCA includes round about 320 technical companies including Royal Dutch Shell, T-Systems International, UBS, Marriott International,  Capgemini, Terremark, BMW etc.  The technical advisor of the ODCA is Intel Corp. and it works for laying down common standards for developing cloud infrastructure in terms of both software and hardware components. ODCA has proposed different models for addressing the issues and requirements for deployment of cloud infrastructure. The first model proposed by ODCA was Usage Model which had divided the cloud deployment requirements into four main categories i.e.  cloud infrastructure automation,  transparent cloud service delivery, secure cloud federation and common cloud management. After that several other ODCA models including extensions of Usage model have been proposed like  Master Usage Model,  Scale-Out Storage Master Usage Model,  Software Defined Networking (SDN) Master Usage Model etc.
