Definition of Guest Virtual Machine

In a virtual machine environment, the guest virtual machine is the independent OS running in the virtual machine environment. It is the software component of the virtual machine. Its operations, memory usage, hard disk usage, and so forth do not interact with other guest virtual machines or the physical system itself.

Brief Description of Guest Virtual Machine

The guest virtual machine refers to the software component of the virtual machine that works as an independent of an operating system. When guest virtual machines are isolated the virtual machine manager enables a host to provide support features to multiple guests. It is mostly in a distributed state across multiple hosts to enable load balancing. The memory and hard disk utilization do not react with other guest virtual machines or the system.
