Platform as a service Architecture (PaaS Architecture) is referred to the structural design and layout that delivers development resources from the cloud. It provides cloud architects and designers with means of planning, building and providing a platform as a service (PaaS) solution or service model.

PaaS Architecture serves as the key architectural layout for creating a PaaS solution. It is mainly designed to provide all technological resources for building applications and services via the cloud .

Typically, PaaS architecture includes all the key physical and software components essential for a PaaS service to work.  These include the computing servers, storage, platform tools and services, network components, cloud management and monitoring and more.
