SkyDrive is a cloud storage service powered by Microsoft for users to store and access private files data from their personal computers or other devices.

How does SkyDrive works?

SkyDrive is basically used for storing document files made with different types of Microsoft tools like MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc. User can access these stored files from any system using the internet.

Besides storing files, it also allows its user to access their systems and devices remotely from any other system or device.

How and where SkyDrive is used?

SkyDrive is a private cloud storage device so it is mostly used by single users for storing their personal data files and accessing their systems or devices like laptops, mobiles, tablets etc.
